Lucky in love
For our anniversary, wshaffer got me a present... She got me cufflinks!
These cufflinks are made of a pair of real mechanical watch movements.
Transcendently geeky, and beautiful; which is to say, irresistible to this logovore. She knows me much too well. She is the Most Awesome Ever.
We've been going out for 17 years. I knew she was different from anyone I'd dated before the first time we went out. We talked all through dinner, we turned down seeing a movie in favor of talking for several hours more, and... yeah. Since then, she's only gotten even more wonderful.
I just want everyone I care for to be as lucky in love as I've been. As I am.
